 Cheryl's Buttercream Summer Cookie
I am a huge fan of Chery's cookies. They sell individual cookies called "cookie cards" for $5 (free shipping) and they make such a great little gift to send to anyone for any occasion! They are famous for their frosted buttercream cookies, and for good reason. These are the softest, most deliciously fresh-tasting cookies you'll ever eat!
*FREE COOKIES* From Cheryl's!
I have ordered from Cheryl's many times in the past, and they offer a fantastic deal! You can get a free sampler of 6 of their best-selling cookies AND a $10 gift card. All you have to pay is $6.99 shipping! Just go here for more info: Free Cookies!

Lily's Bakery Shop: Hamantashens
"Hamantashen" is Yiddish for "Hamen's Pockets." These little jelly-filled, buttery cookies are usually eaten during the Jewish Holiday of Purim. I was a big fan of these cookies, as I love a tender, flaky butter cookie with a bit of a fruit or sweet center.

Fine Sconehenge Bake Co. Luscious Lemon Bar
We received an absolutely delicious brownie from Fine Sconehenge Baking Co. in last month's box, and this month we received a lighter, more summer dessert: a lemon square! These have a shortbread crust a sort of lemon custard, and a dusting of powdered sugar. Sweet, but not overly so, these bars are a great summer treat!

The Cravory: Salted Caramel Cream Cookie

Talk about a unique cookie! It is made with hand crafted caramel and sprinkled with sea salt. Then it's infused with vanilla chips and baked to moist, chewy perfection. I have a weakness for cookies, and this was probably my favorite in the box this month. Absolutely delicious! While it wasn't a wild and crazy flavor, it was still something I hadn't tried before, and that's what I love about Orange Glad!

Rip Van Wafels: Traditional Amsterdam Wafel
I have seen these around, but have never tried them for myself until now! These are little "wafels" that taste a bit like a soft version of an ice cream cone. There is some sort of caramel/nougat center between two waffles. The idea is to lay the waffle over the top of a hot mug of coffee/tea/hot chocolate etc, and while your drink cools down to drinkable temperature, you've heated the waffle and created a perfect companion to your beverage. These are delicious, and such a cute idea to have on hand when friends come over for coffee. I am definitely buying more of these!

As always, I was very pleased with my Orange Glad box this month. I think it's such a fun experience getting to try all of the delicious sweets and treats that come every month, and I think the curation of the Orange Glad boxes make it such a fun experience to open. My fiance and I always enjoy trying the treats together and sharing the experience. I highly recommend Orange Glad for a gift or just for fun!
