ToGoSpa Society March 2015 Review and Unboxing!

Back in January, I received a package of eye gels from ToGoSpa in my Popsugar Must Have Box. I love under eye patches, so of course I was overly excited to try them out! I was so impressed with them that I sought out more information about the company, and was delighted to discover that they have their own subscription service called the "ToGoSpa Society!"

Details
The ToGoSpa Society is a customizable subscription service that provides a selection of EYES by ToGoSpa each month, as well as an option to include their Face masks!

The cost varies depending on the amount of product you'd like delivered to you each month. You can choose either 5 packs of eye gels, or 10 packs. You can also add on a set of 3 or 6 sheet masks. The price starts at $40 per month, and goes all the way up to $114 a month (for the maximum amount of product). They also provide you with bonus product each month to thank you for being a member!

Admittedly, this is not an inexpensive subscription. However, if you love their eye gels as much as I do, you'll know that it's definitely worth it to always have them on hand. These are really fantastic quality, and they provide noticeable results!
My March box came with a note that said they have included their brand new Green Tea Face Masks in the box this month! While I already love their eye gels, the face masks were entirely new to me so I was thrilled to get them!

My box came with a total of 5 packages of "EYES" by ToGoSpa (3 pairs in each package) as well as a package of 3 Green Tea Face Masks.
All of the ToGoSpa eye gels have collagen, aloe, amino acids and vitamins. Each "flavor" has a different benefit for your eyes. I received the Ice Water version in my PopSugar box and loved them! These claim to soothe, moisturize and de-puff tired eyes, and I can tell you first hand- they work. I notice less puffiness the moment I removed these, and that is my number one issue with the skin around my eyes!
New to me are the Coconut eye gels. These ones are the Replenishing variety that restore and nourish the skin under the eye. I gave a package of these to my mom and kept one for myself because I wanted her to try how awesome these are! I'm interested to see if these work differently than the Ice Water version in regards to results!
Finally there is a single package of the Rejuvenating Green tea variety. These are used to lift and revitalize the eyes and give them a more youthful appearance. I'm incredibly excited to try these ones out because I have hooded lids and kind of a droopy appearance to the skin around my eyes, making me look tired a lot of the time. I'm hoping that these work as amazingly well as the Ice Water gels do, and I'll start to see some tightening up around my eye area!
Here's a look at the Ice Water variety. These are dripping wet with essence and are a thick jelly-like consistency. While these are pretty thick and heavy, they seem to stay put under my eye for the most part. I do recommend that these be used when you're laying down for best results as they can travel downward a bit when you're wearing them upright. I usually pop these on, lay back and watch a video on my phone. By the time it's finished, I can remove the eye gels and go on with my day! It's a nice little spa vacation in the middle of all the errands and chores! If you're on of those people who need to be able to wear these while doing stuff around the house, you can also squeegee The eye gel between your finger and thumb to remove excess essence which helps them stick to the eye much better without slippage!
I was most excited to try these Green Tea Face Masks! These were the special gift in the March box this month, which are valued at $35! These were added in at no extra charge simply for being a Society Member! I am a sheet mask addict, and while I've tried eye and lip patches that are made out of this thick jelly, I have yet to try one that goes over my entire face! This green tea mask is paraben free, and used to lift and revitalize the skin for a more youthful appearance.
Rather than being folded up into a little foil pack like a typical sheet mask, these ones are made of a thick gel, so they'd have to be packaged flat like you see here. You simply pull the back foil off to get the mask out. If you do end up trying these masks, be extra careful opening them. They are soaked in essence, and I ended up spilling it all over my bed when I opened my first one!

I was definitely worried about this slipping and sliding all over my face. It seems like it would be heavy and wouldn't stay put, but I couldn't have been more wrong! I was absolutely shocked at how perfectly this mask stayed in place. It's slippery, so I basically pulled it out of the package and threw it on my face and adjusted it slowly until I had my eyes, nose and mouth in the right places. I found that the mask fit my face quite well, and I was able to walk around, drink my coffee and go about my day without it moving or slipping. It felt so cooling and soothing that I actually left it on for about 45 minutes.
I usually don't see and feel immediate results after using a sheet mask, but I could not believe how my skin felt when I took this off. I actually felt an improved firmness, my skin felt lifted and looked more even-toned and bright. While I'm sure this is more of a temporary result, I am absolutely thrilled! I think these would be perfect to use on those special date nights or right before an important event. Your skin will look flawless!
Overall Thoughts
I love that ToGoSpa offers a subscription service, so for anyone who is a huge fan of their products like myself, they are able to get a supply on their doorstep each month. It can look a little pricey at first glance, but the results I have seen and felt while using ToGoSpa products make it more than worth it. If you, or a family member could use some pampering in their life, the ToGoSpa Society is definitely worth it! I'm excited to continue using these products to see if there is not only temporary results, but a long term benefit as well!

    1. I totally agree! I was so surprised to see the masks packaged that way, but they are a pretty thick gel-consistency just like the eye gels, so there would be no way to fold them. I thought the masks would slide right off my face but they stick amazingly well! I would defnitely recommend at least trying a month of this service due to the fantastic products and the generous free gift each month!
