Wantable Accessories October 2015 Review and Unboxing

I'm really excited for my Wantable boxes this month for two reasons: I tweaked my Accessories preference quiz, and I resubscribed to Wantable Intimates! It's been awhile since I subscribed to the intimates box, but since I've lost more weight and feel the need for more cute pajamas, bras etc- I thought it was the perfect time to dive back in and see what I get. I was never disappointed or overly impressed with it in the past, but I'm excited to see what shows up later this month!
Aside from the new box, I also did a little tweaking to my preferences for Wantable Accessories. I was getting some really great pieces, but also a few not-so-great, so I reviewed all my past pieces as well as changed up a few things with the goal of getting more accessories that fit my personal style. While Wantable makes it super easy to return anything I don't like, I would much rather have a box full of things I love!

The Details
(feel free to skip this section if you're already familiar with Wantable!)
Wantable offers a variety of different subscriptions, each one of them costing $40 per month. There is a way to make the price lower, which I will explain later.
The boxes that Wantable currently offers are Accessories, Makeup, Intimates and Fitness. You are able to subscribe to one or all the boxes on one account if you so choose!
Wantable is much different from other subscriptions in that it's completely customizable and risk-free. You take a profile quiz to tell the stylists exactly what you want or don't want based on a "Love, Like, Don't Want" scale. They will never send you something you have marked as "don't want." If you hate necklaces, you'll never get them. If you are tired of getting red lipsticks in subscription boxes, you can simply tell wantable you never want them. Problem solved! You can take the profile quiz as many times as you want- so if one month you want to get socks and bras, but don't want any the following month, simply change your preferences! It really is that simple!

Here's what makes this a really interesting experience: You can return your entire box if you're not happy with it. Even better? You can return or keep as many or as few items as you want! Not only do you get to tell them exactly what you like and don't like, but you can return anything you're not really into- or even return the whole box for a full refund!
You can start the return process on their website and be done in just minutes. You're able to see how much credit you will receive for the item you're returning, and then you can print out a return label free of charge. Then simply stick the item(s) in the box everything came in, tape the label to the box and leave it outside for the mailman!

$4 Credit for Keeping Everything
If you decide to keep everything in your box, Wantable will reward you with a $4 credit, which you can put toward your next box, making it only $36. This way, you're rewarded for keeping your products, however you also get credits or a refund for anything you return. You really can't go wrong!

There is nothing I hate more than a subscription box that doesn't have a way to cancel easily and quickly! As if Wantable couldn't get any better...they allow you to cancel your subscription with one click on their website. If you don't want to cancel, but would rather skip a month or two, they also have a "skip" button available. Awesome!
As always, here's a peek at how I've set up my profile preferences. I like to switch this around randomly when I feel like I have enough of certain types of things. I'm still hoping for a good pair of sunglasses to show up since I use them year-round!
Wantable recently changed their inner packaging to this cute box, although I can't say I prefer it to the old jewelry pouches. It was a lot more fun to open the box when each item was individually packaged- now it's sort of completely spoiled the moment you open the lid of the new box. I'm still hoping they consider going back to the pouches!
The first piece is surprisingly the most high valued item in my box this month! The Matti Necklace features a black silk cord rather than a typical metal chain with individual triangle-shaped gold charms. I really liked the look of this necklace as soon as I saw it, but I wasn't sure if it was unique enough for me to want to keep. As soon as I tried it on though, I knew I was keeping it. It's the perfect length, and it's so easy to dress up or down. I really love this piece, especially for the Fall looks I have in mind!

The next piece might be one of the most interesting rings I've ever seen. The Cleo Ring features a tribal pattern on an upright, flat triangle. I have no idea what kind of crazy person invented a ring like this, but I had to try it on immediately!
I This ring is antiqued gold/brass, has a tribal pattern and is very unique. It fits all of my preferences perfectly- but I can't really see myself wearing this very often. I may have considered keeping it as a conversation piece, but I'm between a size 7 and 8 in rings, and while this is a size 8, it was big enough on me where the triangle was flopping back and forth on my hand. Not very comfortable, unfortunately!

I really love delicate gold jewelry, so I was very happy to see the Vanessa Bracelet in my box this month! It features a simple gold chevron charm on a gold adjustable chain. I especially love simple bracelets because I love the look of layering them! I would have kept this, however the adjustable chain didn't work on my wrist. The first ring is too tight, but all the rings after it make this bracelet too loose on me and it kept turning on my wrist- showing the clasp and not the chevron charm. I was bummed about this one because it's definitely my style!

The final piece in my October box is the Loren Scarf from a brand called "Justin&Taylor." I absolutely love love LOVE this scarf!! It's a really generously sized infinity scarf that features a grey and beige checked pattern. It's incredibly soft and has an almost gauzy appearance to it. However it's so large that when it's wrapped around my neck it feels super thick and cozy! This is hands-down my favorite scarf I've ever gotten from Wantable!

 Overall Thoughts
While I am returning 2 of the 4 pieces from my box this month, it's not because they didn't fit my style preferences, but more so because of fitting issues. I went ahead and changed my ring size to 7 and the bracelet size to small, and hopefully that will solve this issue from happening in future boxes. If both pieces had fit me, I would have kept this whole box for sure! I can't get enough gold jewelry, and Wantable seemingly has no end to their supply of unique gold tone pieces!
Very pleased with this month overall, but the winner for me was the beautiful infinity scarf!

If you'd like to learn more about Wantable or sign up for one of their boxes, you can do so HERE.

Don't Forget- there really is no risk whatsoever. You pay the $40, and you can very easily return whatever you don't like in the box it came in and get a refund!
